Stable Release - 2003-08-11

 - MAJOR: Theme must be configured in ~/.icewm/theme file.
 - MAJOR: icewmbg must be run before icewm to set the background.
 - Theme selected in the menu will now be remembered.
 - Font handling bug fixes.
 - Fixed focus stealing problems with gtk2 apps.
 - All screen drawing is now double buffered.
 - Many other improvements and bug fixes.
